Manual Therapy
Specific hands-on techniques used to restore joint and tissue
mobility. These techniques are carried out after detailed assessment
to identify the causes of the symptoms and movement dysfunction. Joint
mobilization, spinal manipulation, nerve glides and myofascial
management are a few examples of this effective treatment approach.
Acupuncture
This time-tested and natural treatment method utilizes our body’s own natural system to encourage healing, reduce
inflammation and decrease pain. Scientific studies have confirmed
these beneficial effects through the production of chemicals such as
endorphin and cortisol in addition to its effect on the fascia system
to maximize movement.
IMS (Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation)
It is an effective acupuncture technique developed by Dr. Chan Gunn to
treat chronic pain of neuropathic origin. This is achieved by releasing
shortened muscles that press on supersensitive nerves. The effect is
accumulative and can lead to complete recovery.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Our therapists have extensive training and experiences in treating athletic injuries. We utilize a combination of manual therapy, state-of-the-art modalities, specific exercises, taping and education to allow the athletes to return to activities and sports safely and quickly.

Chronic Pain Management
We provide a variety of treatment and management for people who suffer from chronic pain after a detailed assessment to identify possible causes. We then address the neural and musculoskeletal contributing factors within our scope of practice. We will direct the clients to other appropriate medical/health practitioners if needed. Our therapist is also part of a team that provides BOTOX, PRP (platelet Rich Plasma), and prolotherapy injections in a multidisciplinary pain clinic.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
is effective in treating BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) .
This idiopathic dysfunction can cause severe dizziness due to debris in
the inner ear. This condition can be treated effectively through
specific movement sequence such as the Epley Maneuver after a detailed
assessment to identify which ear canal is involved.
